Operation:
Putting the printed circuit boards have fluxed on the needle platform, then step on the pedal switch to complete soldering; One time can solder many pieces of small size of printed circuit boards.Controlling by micro-computer from dipping angle, dipping time to finish dipping.

Dipping principle:
This model function by the micro-computer control two motors to drive the needle platform
up and down in the soldering bath. Almost the same as dipping by hand steps. The angles of the platform and soldering speed can be preset for perfect soldering performance.

Micro-computer control:
- Stop machine -pressing "Power- Switch" then after 20
seconds the machine will stop automatically.
- One week timer can preset starting machine 50 minutes before working everyday to save time for waiting tin melted.
Instruction
Manual
- Soldering temperature could be preset and protected by "Micro-computer"; Machine only work from 220 degrees to 299 degrees Centigrade.
- Soldering angles adjust according to the size of printed circuit board; To avoid dipping point happen "Short" situation; to increasing soldering quality.
- Dipping time preset could be adjusted from 2 seconds to 12 seconds according to the require of soldering ; Meanwhile, can adjust high temperature to test components.
- To press reset switch to eliminate and restart automatically when the operation under unmoral condition or wrong steps.
- Pressing Auto. Dipping Switch on "ON" position -- Stepping the pedal to start dipping
automatically.
- Pressing "oxidizing cleaning" to clean up oxide on the liquid-surface automatically. After swept, the needle platform will raise up and stand by for next soldering.

History:
- During the last ten (10) years , we have improved the function and quality consistently !
The Generation I -- Pat.No. 55599 in 1989 .
- After improvement the Generation II Pat. No. 75653 came out in 1992 . After that ,according to many users' suggestions -- Again !
- Generation III was perfected and Pat. No. 151054 was obtained in 1999.
- Also, by collecting suggestions and problems from our customers during the past 10 years, we have finally perfected a good machine.
When our users advice us of their problems, they can now receive the exact parts for replacement within about 3 days, thus enabling
them to easy repairs their machines.
- For long term operation to prove that the micro-computer can protect 3 motors installed which run smoothly.
Because of power -- supply only offering 20 seconds of power maximum to protect the motors .
- The heater installed in steel soldering bath that the heating is widely spread in melting solder to avoid the heater damaged by overheat
- The dipping machine improvement after long operation with good quality is therefore enjoyed by the users from all over the world.
